This Is My Jesus Era

By Lauren Calloway

There’s something interesting about life—how the deeper you lean into it, the more it reveals. When you start truly loving yourself, healing yourself, and allowing the Holy Spirit to convict you, it’s as if everything shifts. When you’ve had the world against you… And for you… When you’ve experienced both joy and grief, clarity and confusion, love and heartbreak, you start to really see.

You don’t just live life. You start reflecting on it. You start analyzing how you’ve shown up. You start asking: What was I here for? And what am I doing about it now?

I’ve always been inquisitive. Always a deep thinker. Always trying to understand myself and the people around me.

Even before I became certified as a life, business, and relationship coach, I was the person asking the hard questions. Watching systems, patterns, behaviors, and knowing deep down, some of this just isn’t right. I've always stood up for what’s fair, even when I was the only one speaking. Whether in politics, business, friendships, or faith, I’ve always had this fire in me to say:

“This can be better. This should be better.”

🌍 The World Is Groaning… and I’m Not Sitting Quiet

Let’s be honest: people are tired. We’re tired of broken systems, tired of faking joy, tired of working just to survive, not thrive. We complain about government waste, high costs, unstable relationships, or just feeling… stuck.

And yet, we settle. We numb ourselves with busyness. We cover pain with aesthetics. We wear strength like a mask—and never let people see the cracks.

But I’m in a season now where I’m no longer settling. I’m not here to just exist and blend in. I’m ready for more. I’m stepping into what I call my Jesus Era.

✝️ What Is the Jesus Era?

It’s not a vibe. It’s not a trend. It’s an awakening.

Jesus was radical. He spoke the truth when it hurt. He loved hard, corrected harder, and never flinched when power pushed back.

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”– Romans 12:2 (NIV)

This is what my Jesus Era is all about. It’s about truth without apology. Love with standards.Conviction with clarity. And most of all, radical accountability.

💡 It’s Not About Titles—It’s About Transformation

People know I have the desire to run for President one day. But for me? It’s never been about the title. It’s about what I want to build first:

  • A world where people know how to think, live, and lead with biblical wisdom.

  • A culture of leaders who don’t just want the microphone, but have something holy to say.

  • A generation that knows how to spot a lie and call it what it is: deception.

We are the change. But we can’t become it if we don’t feel loved, supported, seen, and safe.

“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves; ensure justice for those being crushed.”– Proverbs 31:8 (NLT)

🔥 The Fire That Won’t Burn Out

There’s one thing that’s always followed me: I’m a defender. A protector of truth. A fighter for people. A challenger of systems.

But now? I’m also a builder. Of faith.Of people.Of purpose.

This next chapter isn’t just about calling things out. It’s about calling people up.

“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.”– Matthew 5:14 (ESV)

👑 Declaration for This Season:

I am not here to blend in. I’m here to break patterns, build people, and bring the Kingdom wherever I go. I reject silence. I reject fear. I move in truth, grace, and holy fire. This is my Jesus Era—and I will not come down.

🙏🏾 Final Thought:

I’m not doing this for applause. I’m doing this because the world needs bold believers right now. It needs healers who walk in truth. It needs women who will say, “Enough is enough.”

If that’s you, welcome to your Jesus Era, too.

Let’s walk it out together.

But First GOD
