Lauren Yvonne Calloway
is a faith-driven business strategist, franchise owner, and Community Engagement Lead for the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership (IFEL). With over eight years of experience in business development, she helps entrepreneurs build strong foundations and connect with capital opportunities. She is also the Networking Franchise Owner of Visionary Business Ventures through Network in Action, where she fosters community and growth for business owners. Through her Christ-centered firm, Revitalizing My Soul Consultant, Lauren empowers others to grow in life, faith, and business.

Charles Watkins
is a Certified FocalPoint Business Leadership Coach with over 20 years of corporate experience in marketing, product management, strategic planning, and process improvement. His entrepreneurial journey includes successfully starting and selling both a healthy vending franchise and a commercial cleaning business.
He currently operates a thriving coaching practice, runs an Amazon eCommerce store, and is the co-owner of a Network In Action (NIA) networking franchise.
Born in Atlanta and now living in Charlotte, Charles is a devoted husband to his wife, Sabre, and proud father of three sons—Phillip, Landon, and Elan.
